What if I live in the UK, Asia or the USA is your kit applicable?
Absolutely! This is more than just a few eBooks on how to run and operate a Micro Salon however, the contract and governmental aspects of the system would need modifying to be legal in your region. Simply consult the appropriate government department and seed legal advice in your region to make the appropriate adaptations.

Why should I feel secure when making payment on your website?
Payment is secure because:
1. You are in a secure environment.
2. You pay the financial institution (Paypal) directly (the bank or payment system chosen).
3. Your payment data never goes anywhere other than to Paypal; it never even reaches me.
You can have complete peace of mind.
How can I be sure that your files are virus-free?
You can rest assured my files are thoroughly virus-checked as a matter of course and again prior to their delivery.
I can assure you all files on my website, at the time of their download, are free of viruses or other known malicious software.
How do I know that your website is reliable and secure?
I can guarantee our website is completely secure because:
1. I will only ask you for the minimum information to be able to deliver your order and draw up a receipt via Paypal: your name and an email address. I will not ask for nor will I get to know your payment details or other personal data.
2. When you pay for one of my products, you do it directly through the chosen payment system and only they get to see your information.
You can browse and make purchases on my website with complete peace of mind.
About the PURCHASE and PAYMENT
How are purchases paid for?
Your order will be processed through either ejunkie or our out-sourced authorized retailer 2CO, neither are a "credit card processors.
The payment methods that allow immediate access to my products are:
- Pay Pal. You must have an account or open one at the time of purchase, it only takes a few minutes with this popular payment system.
- Credit Card, Direct Deposit. You will need a current credit or debit card or bank account with the appropriate funds in order to use Paypal.

How can I purchase a product?
The purchasing process is simple:
1. Click on the “buy” button for the product you want. This will take you to the secure Paypal site.
2. Paypal Login page. Enter you email address a password and login. If you don’t have a Paypal account click on “Use your credit card or Bank account, Continue” button.
4. Follow the Paypal on screen instructions.
5. Special Note: Your email will be the one I send the invoice and the link for subsequent downloads to.
6. Once you have paid fro the item(s) Paypal will give you a link to download your item.
7. Click on “Download item” and you will be asked to save the item, here you select where you wish the item to be saved, eg: your desktop etc.
8. You will also receive an email with the link to download your item if you by chance didn’t use the link at the point of sale with Paypal. This email will be sent to the address you entered during payment.
9. If you do not receive the email within 30 minutes, contact me via email.
NB: There can be several reasons for this. The most common reason for this is that the PayPal system has not contacted our backend servers for order processing yet. You will be sent download instructions when the order has been processed on PayPal's end and our servers have the order information from their system. If you still have questions, contact us.
Will you send me an invoice?
Immediately following payment, Paypal will send you an email with an invoice-receipt.
Keep in mind the information shown on the invoice is the name and email you have entered.
About DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS
What if I don’t have the software required to use your products?
You will need Microsoft Word/Excel, Adobe Reader, and Drop Stuff or a similar program that will UnStuff Zipped files. Please don’t purchase the products if you don’t have these.
What if for any reason I can’t access the files or they don’t work properly?
Don’t worry; I’ll resend them to you.
Simply send an e-mail and I will resend, in full working order, any product that you have purchased. It is a right provided for in the Product Warranty.
What if I lose the files or if any become damaged?
Don’t worry; I’ll resend it to you within 24 hours.
Notify me by sending an email and I will resend them to you via email or offer a download via the website. It is a right provided for in the Product Warranty.
What if I have a problem during the download?
Don’t worry; you can download it at another time.
In addition to being able to download the product directly from the website, I will email you an exclusive link where the purchased products will be available for 48 hours.
During this time you may download them no more than three times.
When will I receive the product purchased from your website?
Immediately!
Once the payment process is complete, you can download the products purchased from the website.

What software do I need to use your products?
Our products have been created using the most powerful and adaptable software that exists, known to the majority of users, you will require the following:
-Excel®
-Word® from Microsoft Office® 2004
-Adobe Reader
-Drop Stuff or a similar program that will Un-Zip zipped files.
Will it work with a Mac?
Yes, all products can be installed on a PC or Mac providing you have the software mentioned above.
How will the files be delivered?
All files will come Zipped. E.G. “Filename.sit.x’
